Sabrina Estes-Martin has been a licensed as a social worker with The Maryland Board of Social Work since 2003 and holds a nationally recognized Master Addiction Counselor Certification through NADAAC. Ms. Estes-Martin has also been a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in The District of Columbia since 2012. She received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from The University of Illinois at Chicago in 1998 and received her Master of Social Work degree from Tulane University in 2002 with a concentration in mental health and addictions treatment. Ms. Estes-Martin worked as an Addiction Counselor Intern at Fontainebleau Treatment Center in Mandeville, Louisiana in 2002. Fontainebleau Treatment Center serves residents of the New Orleans metropolitan area who are supervised by drug court. She also worked as an Addictions Therapist for Second Genesis. Since completing her Master of Social Work Degree, much of her career has been spent working on a full-time basis with returning citizens in The District of Columbia and working in close collaboration with law enforcement stakeholders. She has also worked as PRN Psychotherapist for Safe Harbor since 2017 where she has worked with children, adolescents, couples, as well as adults of all ages. She is also registered with the Maryland Board of Social Work as a Clinical Supervisor.
