Dr. Addai-Pickett’s approach is patient-centered and holistic, creating a partnership with each client.  She advocates for patient empowerment through family and patient education, clear communication, and trust to help improve quality of life.  She uses an integrative approach which includes a combination of lifestyle, nutrition, and traditional medication recommendations, when necessary.

Dr. Addai-Pickett believes in treating the root cause, addressing the needs of the whole person and not just treating symptoms.

Dr. Addai-Pickett is a doctoral prepared, board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 12 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and geriatric mental health.

In her spare time, she likes spending time with her husband and children, traveling, and volunteering.
