Carly views mental health as an integral part of overall well-being, shaped by biological, psychological, and social factors. She believes the therapeutic process is a collaborative journey where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe and supportive environment. Her approach emphasizes empathy, respect, and fostering resilience and promoting positive change. And Carly strives to create a nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard and supported as they work toward achieving their personal goals.
During her therapeutic education, Carly received specialized training in Solution-Based Casework (SBC), an evidence-informed practice model focused on family-centered interventions.
When her schedule allows, Carly enjoys staying active through working out, traveling,
exploring new places and experiencing different cultures/perspectives to relax and recharge. She also values spending time together with her family and friends.
