Jonathan wants his clients to feel safe and comfortable during counseling sessions.  He is willing to be whatever they need to ensure their best wellbeing: coach, cheerleader, co-laborer, comforter, confidant, etc.  He likes to employ humor when appropriate to help clients relax and open up more.

Believing that hurt people can either learn to hurt or heal others, Jonathan helps clients to learn to heal themselves. He is a strong supporter of individuals who seek counseling for mental or emotional injuries.

Jonathan is married and in his spare time loves to travel.  He has been to 30 of 50 states and 24 countries/territories worldwide.  He desires to visit every continent in the world. 

Jonathan is licensed in the state of Maryland (#LGP13241) and is under the clinical supervision of Steven Andrus, LCPC (Maryland #LC8047).
