Judy takes a positive approach to therapy with the greatest respect towards the individual, couple, or family. She is open-minded and extremely nonjudgmental. 

 Judy has 30 years of experience as a therapist. She has received several awards for her outstanding service to individuals from peers and community agencies. She received a Master Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland in 1989 and is licensed in the State of Maryland. Her greatest joy in life is seeing those that she serves living their best life. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, husband of 30 years, and her daughter who is currently in college. She also enjoys doing volunteer work for charitable agencies in Carroll County. She loves Carroll County and is proud to work and live there.
