Kimberlee strives to create and maintain a warm, safe, non-judgmental, caring, and collaborative atmosphere during counseling sessions. She works with clients to create goals that are important to them, and she helps them use tools and resources to establish the autonomy and confidence that will help them to work through life’s challenges.
Kimberlee currently holds a Master of Education in Supervision and Administration degree and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She is a trained practitioner in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), a certified SYMBIS (Save Your Marriage Before It Starts) Assessment facilitator, and a certified counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors. She is a student member to the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Kimberlee and her husband of many years enjoy hosting children in respite care on the weekends through the Safe Families for Children program that caters to families in crisis who do not have long-term foster care. She loves listening to music, playing the guitar, and singing. She also enjoys creative and therapeutic writing.
Kimberlee is licensed in the state of Maryland (LGP14098) and is under the clinical supervision of Matthew Piercey, LCPC, Maryland (LC9076).
