Miranda Layton, LCSWC

Practicing Since 1999

My continuous personal and professional journey as a mother, therapist, and individual is focused on achieving harmony in all areas of my life. Through my experiences, I have learned the importance of self-care, establishing a healthy work-life balance, and cultivating self-compassion. My goal is to provide others with the tools needed to attain greater happiness, equilibrium, and fulfillment in their diverse roles. While my expertise primarily centers on perinatal mental health, I am also committed to helping individuals dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, separation/divorce, alcohol use, parenting difficulties, life transitions, and stress. I strongly believe in the inherent value, resilience, and capacity for growth in each person. By nurturing collaborative relationships and sharing empowering techniques, I aim to assist others in improving their well-being across all aspects of life. Furthermore, I am trained in EMDR, certified in Perinatal Mental Health, and a Board Approved Supervisor. Beyond my work as a therapist, I prioritize quality time with loved ones, partake in beach activities, paddleboarding, yoga, and engage in home improvement projects. I cherish my personal time and strive to uphold a balanced lifestyle.
