Nathaniel Gautier, LGPC
Practicing Since: 2023
Nathaniel provides a safe and open environment for clients regardless of their background. He works with adults, older adults and adolescents through various mental challenges using trauma-informed care. He tailors his approach to one that best suits his clients’ needs and encourages client feedback on their sessions and progress.
Nathaniel sees maintaining mental health as something like sailing. Through our engagement with day-to-day life, we experience ebbs and flows that rock our boat or experience a low or out-of-whack point. In counseling, he sails with his clients and teaches them how to best adjust to these shifts. Everyone’s boat is a little different, and we will learn together what works best. What’s most important is that no one tries to work through managing their mental health alone.
Nathaniel is new to Maryland and has lived in several other states throughout his life. He loves to watch movies, binge television shows, read books, and play video games. He is always excited to discuss any of those topics. He is also learning to cook very, very slowly, and loves to hear about recipes that he can try.
Nathaniel is licensed in the state of Maryland (License #LGP15694) and is under the clinical supervision of Michelle Pearce, PhD (License # 05176).
