Sakina seeks to create a safe space where anyone who comes to therapy can feel that they can be themselves without judgement.  She is “here to help YOU find YOUR voice.”  She recognizes that past experiences and being able to understand the context of past events is crucial to establishing new patterns, and a true way forward.

Sakina has experience working in residential facilities, community-based counseling, therapeutic day treatment, and foster care.  Her goal is to treat children, adolescents, and their families.

Sakina enjoys spending time with her husband and family, growing her homemade candle empire, and binge-watching docuseries and court shows.

Sakina is licensed in the state of Virginia (#0704014963) and is under the clinical supervision of Stacey Crosson, LMFT (VA license #0717001506).
