Selena Eldridge, MS, Life Coach
Those who reach out for counseling typically are deeply wounded on emotional, spiritual, and/or physical levels. Selena believes that at the root of all our wounds lies a need. Selena’s capacity for empathy, extensive clinical training, and relational skills serve her clients well creating a safe and trusting environment in which to work towards healing. Selena looks forward to helping facilitate an atmosphere through counseling for her clients to encounter true transformational change.
Selena received her BA in Psychology from Towson University and her MS in Clinical Community Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. She holds certificates for foundational personal development, has spent many years developing, teaching, mentoring, and training for leaders in her community. Selena is skilled in small group dynamics as well as one-on-one with individuals. In 2008, Selena became the Safe Harbor Behavioral Care Chesapeake Director.
