Tab provides a warm and empathetic atmosphere where clients feel safe to tell their story, express their emotions, and explore their situation without judgment so that she may provide them with the support they need to move forward in a healthy direction.

Tab believes mental wellbeing is essential for the best quality of all aspects of life. She believes that all people have within themselves the answers they need to live a quality life but sometimes need insight and guidance to get there.

Tab’s main treatment focus areas are grief and loss, relationship issues, life transitions, life coaching, personality disorders, mood disorders, trauma and stressor related disorders, and alcohol and substance addiction.  She may integrate several clinically sound treatment modalities that best suit the needs of her individual clients.

Tab enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors.
